Bike Fit Tips

  • Saddle Height: When seated, your leg should be almost fully extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke, with a slight bend in the knee.
  • Reach: You should be able to reach the handlebars comfortably without stretching too far or feeling cramped.
  • Standover Height: There should be 1-2 inches of clearance between you and the top tube when standing over the bike.
  • Stem Length: Can be adjusted to fine-tune your reach and handling preferences.
  • Handlebar Width: Should roughly match your shoulder width for optimal control.

Additional Considerations

  • Stack Height: The vertical distance from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube.
  • Reach Length: The horizontal distance from the bottom bracket to the head tube.
  • Crank Length: Typically correlates with your height and inseam length.
  • Riding Style: More aggressive positions might require different sizing considerations.
